Copy, Print, Scan & Binding Services
We offer full-service copying, printing, scanning, document assembly, and comb binding. There is no self-service. Our staff handles your job from start to finish.
Standard pricing applies to clean, print-ready files or clean originals. Additional preparation, staple removal, sorting, file setup, resizing, or special handling is billed separately.
Copies & Prints
Prices are per printed side. Double-sided printing counts as two printed sides. We can print on letter, legal, and ledger-size paper.

Flyers, Forms, Menus & Resumes
We print simple business documents, forms, menus, flyers, resumes, and handouts. Pricing depends on size, color, paper type, quantity, and toner coverage.

Preparation & Special Handling
Clean, loose, same-size originals receive standard copy pricing. Staples, clips, mixed sizes, and fragile pages are extra.

Paper Options
Standard copies and prints are produced on white bond paper. Colored paper and cardstock are available in letter size only.

Stapling, Collating & Assembly
Basic document finishing is available for packets, forms, reports, and handouts. Jobs requiring hand sorting or special assembly may require additional labor charges.

Standard prices apply to print-ready PDF files. Files requiring setup, correction, resizing, or conversion require additional labor.

- ▪ Print-ready pricing: standard prices apply to clean originals or print-ready PDF files.

- ▪ Heavy toner coverage: may require an additional charge.
- ▪ Customer errors: reprints caused by customer file issues are billed to the customer.
- ▪ Shop errors: reprints caused by our error are corrected at no charge.
- ▪ Taxes: prices do not include applicable taxes.
- ▪ Quotes: large, complex, rush, or unusual jobs may require a custom quote.
